__> SFBS Camps & Instruction: Spring Training in Big Lake

Spring Training Lessons in Eagan with Solid Foundation Baseball SchoolSpring Training lessons in Big Lake will be held at The Batter's Box, with three different sessions: the first starting the week of January 5 and the third running through the week of May 11.

Students can sign up for individual lessons, or SFBS also encourages students and parents to create small groups on their own to save money. Students can choose the night and one-hour time slot that works best for them. For example, in Session 1, you and two of your teammates may choose to meet six straight Monday nights, starting Jan. 5 and ending Feb. 9, during the 5:00 to 6:00 time slot, with a professional SFBS instructor.

SFBS strives to be flexible to each student's specific needs - both in terms of training objectives and in terms of time. You can register for your preferred time by contacting SFBS at 320-857-2244, or by downloading and filling out a Big Lake brochure.

We have acquired a state of the art pitching machine called the Pro Batter! The Pro Batter (www.probatter.com) that we have is the only one in the state of Minnesota that is available for public use (Professional PX2 baseball model)! The Pro Batter will be located at our beautiful new Big Lake location. The Pro Batter is a pitching machine that will give you the most real life game practice possible! The Pro Batter has a big video screen where you watch a Major League pitcher throw to you, the batter. The machine throws fastballs from 40-90 mph. It also throws sliders, curveballs and changeups without you having to go to the machine and make an adjustment. It is all run by computer and it is a great training tool!
Coaches, this facility would be an awesome place to bring your team!

The Batter's Box is located off of Hwy. 10 and County Rd. 81 at:
***** 19640 200th Ave. NW, Suite A6
***** Big Lake, MN 55309.
It's a beige building with a maroon-colored roof.

Eagan Baseball CampsThe mission of SFBS is to train and lead each student to reach their full potential as a baseball player, an athlete, and as a person.

Eagan Baseball InstructionSFBS accomplishes this mission through private lessons and small group sessions that are fun, informative, and personal.

Eagan BaseballSFBS remains committed to a low student-to-teacher ratio (never more than 3-to-1!) so that we can properly train each player in the correct mechanics of hitting, throwing, pitching, infielding, outfielding, catching, and baserunning.

Twin Cities Baseball ClinicsAt SFBS, we DO NOT use a cookie-cutter approach for teaching each student. Through professional assessment and evaluation by our outstanding instructors, each student is given player-specific techniques so they will be able to, through application, reach their highest potential.

Students should wear comfortable baseball attire and bring their own baseball glove and shoes to their lessons.

Thank you to Premium Waters, Inc. and Greg Nemec for supplying water for the camps.
