Spring
Training lessons in Eden Valley will be held at the Hawks Clubhouse,
with three different sessions: the first starting the week of January
7 and the third running through the week of May 12.
Students
can sign up for individual lessons, or SFBS also encourages
students and parents to create small groups on their own to save money.
Students can choose the night and one- or two-hour time slot that works
best for them. For example, in Session 1, you and two of your teammates
may choose to meet six straight Monday nights, starting Jan. 7 and ending
Feb. 11, during the 5:00 to 6:00 time slot, with a professional
SFBS instructor.
SFBS
strives to be flexible to each student's specific needs - both in terms
of training objectives and in terms of time. You can register for your
preferred time by contacting
SFBS at 320-857-2244, or by downloading
and filling out an
Eden Valley brochure.

The Hawks
Clubhouse is located in Eden Valley. Call 320-857-2244 if
you need detailed directions.
The
mission of SFBS is to train and lead each student to
reach their full potential as a baseball player, an athlete, and as
a person.
SFBS
accomplishes this mission through private lessons and small group sessions
that are fun, informative, and personal.
SFBS
remains committed to a low student-to-teacher ratio (never more than
3-to-1!) so that we can properly train each player in the correct mechanics
of hitting, throwing, pitching, infielding, outfielding, catching, and
baserunning.
At
SFBS, we DO NOT use a cookie-cutter approach for teaching
each student. Through professional assessment and evaluation by our
outstanding instructors, each student is given
player-specific techniques so they will be able to, through application,
reach their highest potential.
Students
should wear comfortable baseball attire and bring their own baseball
glove and shoes to their lessons.
Thank
you to Premium
Waters, Inc. and Greg Nemec for supplying water for the camps.
