__> SFBS Camps & Instruction: Spring Training in Kandiyohi

Mike Kingery is offering private lessons in Kandiyohi MinnesotaSpring Training lessons in Kandiyohi will be held at the Kandiyohi School Gymnasium, with three different sessions: the first starting the week of January 4 and the third running through the week of May 10.

Students can sign up for individual lessons, or SFBS also encourages students and parents to create small groups on their own to save money. Students can choose the night and one-hour time slot that works best for them. For example, in Session 1, you and two of your teammates may choose to meet six straight Monday nights, starting Jan. 4 and ending Feb. 8, during the 5:00 to 6:00 time slot, with a professional SFBS instructor.

SFBS strives to be flexible to each student's specific needs - both in terms of training objectives and in terms of time. You can register for your preferred time by contacting SFBS at 320-857-2244, or by downloading and filling out a Kandiyohi brochure.

Solid Foundation Baseball School, Inc. is now offering a Throwing/Conditioning Program!! This program is designed to increase arm strength, flexibility, and stamina while preventing injuries! It has been used for 4 years with baseball players from Ridgewater College. Athletes have had fewer injuries and increased throwing speeds.
Each one-hour session will include:
• Elastic tubing series • Medicine ball wall series & medicine ball throwing series
• Weighted ball throws • Throwing mechanics with a baseball • Mound work
8 1-hour lessons = $115 per student (includes elastic tubing)

Directions to our Kandiyohi Facility: From Highway 12, go north on County Road 8. After crossing the railroad tracks take the first left, this will be Atlantic Ave. Go approx. 3 blocks and you will see the old Kandiyohi school. We will be having the lessons in the gymnasium at the school.

The mission of SFBS is to train and lead each student to reach their full potential as a baseball player, an athlete, and as a person.

SFBS accomplishes this mission through private lessons and small group sessions that are fun, informative, and personal.

SFBS remains committed to a low student-to-teacher ratio (never more than 3-to-1!) so that we can properly train each player in the correct mechanics of hitting, throwing, pitching, infielding, outfielding, catching, and baserunning.

At SFBS, we DO NOT use a cookie-cutter approach for teaching each student. Through professional assessment and evaluation by our outstanding instructors, each student is given player-specific techniques so they will be able to, through application, reach their highest potential.
